What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us. When you submit the intake form, that is your name, your email address, and the description of the work you want help with. When you email us, we receive your message and email address.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use a privacy-respecting setup and do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, scope a possible project, and run the engagement if you decide to work with us. We use technical data to keep the site running and secure. We do not use your information for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our site and email (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep intake and email information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pylonworks.com and we will handle the request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
